Summary: Visited for the first time for a brief getaway. Hotel was very comfortable and convenient for sightseeing. Staff was helpful and courteous. Restaurant was good in a pinch, but not a destination. Overall, would recommend.

Summary: It was our 1st time staying at the Steamboat and we did so on our 19th Anniversary and they did not disappoint. The room and staff were great. We will definitely return.

Summary: First stay at this hotel much better than my second Registration clerk greeted us with his hat on. Restaurant was closed. Tavern wait staff not customer focused. Coffee not available in lobby in evening.
